Memphis Collision of Cordova has been a premium offering of value to take your vehicle in the event of an accident or collision to get repaired. The owner, Teresa Montgomery, takes pride in her work and in her team and goes the extra mile to do a good job. However, in order to maintain this standard, she keeps extremely busy and has very little time when considering her digital strategy which was losing business to competitors.

Help a business that relied solely on referrals from insurance companies expand their horizons and get a step above their more well known competition.

Starting from Nothing

When we first met with Memphis Collision of Cordova, they had no online presence what-so-ever. Instead they relied solely on referrals from various insurance companies that they have developed personal relationships with. While this did well for them over the years, they began to notice their business dropping in revenue.

Our Account Director Chris sat down with them and helped develop a strategy that would bring them into the 21st century and meet customers where they were shopping.

We spent over a month testing and verifying every aspect of the site with actual users and at the end had developed a site that resonated with consumers looking for auto body repair.

One of the top requested features we learned from our User Sprint testing was that customers wanted to be able to view the before and after photos in an interactive way on any device. So we locked our designers in a room with our developers until a solution was created.

Having a well designed website isn’t enough to grow a business anymore. You have to be able to get constant qualified traffic to your site. We did this for Memphis Collision of Cordova by creating an in depth advertising strategy that targeted qualified local users who were more likely to act right away instead of just shopping around for prices.
